Regulation on the content, manner of establishing and maintenance of the Disaster risk register.

This Regulation prescribes the content and manner for the establishment and necessary maintenance of the national Disaster risk register, that shall contain the data on physico-geographical information on the area affected by the risk, data on geographical location, data on hydrographic characteristics, relief data, data on meteorological and climatic characteristics, data on demographic characteristics, data on agriculture, material presence data and cultural assets and protected natural resources, including the related plant coverage data.
Data on past disasters and their consequences, which are also entered in the Register object of this text, shall contain information on time, duration, extent, and on quantity and type of material consequences deriving from past disasters (article 5). The reliability, functionality and availability of technical infrastructure for the creation and maintenance of the Disaster risk Register is here ensured in cooperation with the Republic Geodetic Authority (article 10).
