Abstract
This Regulation, as for the purposes established by the Serbian Law on public warehouses for agricultural products, determines the necessary contents, manner of keeping and appearance of the unified Register of Commodity Records for Agricultural Products, as well as the content and manner of issuing commodity bills, manner of keeping records on issued commodity records and form of commodity records. All public warehouses are obliged to keep records on issued commodity records or bills in the above mentioned national register, which will be kept in written or electronic form and whose data shall be public.
