Regulation on the content, manner of keeping and form of the water book.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed content and manner, and provides all necessary administrative forms for the keeping of the water book. The water book is a register of all issued water acts, as granted by the Serbian Water Law (article 130).
The water book shall contain: register of water conditions; register of water consents; register of water permits and certificates; register of water orders; register of the decision on rejection of the party's request for issuance of water acts; register of conclusions on rejection of the party's request; register of acts on non-competence of the body to act upon the request of a party; collection of documents; and technical documentation.
