Abstract
This Regulation determines the detailed contents, procedure for drafting and adopting of agricultural land consolidation programmes on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
This kind of land consolidation programme represents the basis for the arrangement of land parcels by land consolidations, as well as the basis for making a decision on the implementation of land consolidation and possible land clearance, in accordance with the national Law governing agricultural land. Participants in land consolidation are owners and holders of parcels that make up the land consolidation area to which the development of land consolidation programme refers. Possible land clearing measures and works are aimed for removal of trees and plants on overgrown plots, if these land parcels where already classified as "agricultural land".
The Land Consolidation Committee is a body that can be formed by participants in the consolidation process, as granted by the Law on agricultural land. The land consolidation programme contains the data related to the land consolidation area, as listed in article 3. The process of creating of such land consolidation programme shall contain the elements as listed in article 5.
