Regulation on the content of remediation and reclamation projects.

This Regulation prescribes the contents of land remediation and reclamation projects.
The remediation and reclamation project contains: data on the holder of the project development; data on the owner or user of the land; description of the activity performed on the location by the owner or user of the land; description of the polluted, and/or degraded location; data on the state of the environment at the location and the wider environment before pollution, and/or land degradation; presentation of the circumstances that led to such pollution or degradation of the land; data on examination of the condition and quality of polluted, or degraded land, with results and expert assessment; info on quantities and concentrations of hazardous substances at the location and their impact on the environment; project task and project solution of remediation and reclamation, with measures and activities elaborated according to priorities, presentation of alternatives considered and dynamic plan for implementation of remediation and reclamation; planning measures for professional supervision; planned internal control measures that include a monitoring program in order to monitor the course of remediation and reclamation, and/or reduction of risks to human health and environment.
