Regulation on contents and manner of keeping the Cadastre of water bodies.

This Regulation determines the detailed contents and manner of keeping the Serbian Cadastre of Water Facilities.
The following water facilities shall be entered in the Cadastre: regulation facilities, dams with accumulation, embankments, canals, other facilities present on the watercourse, pumping stations, water intakes, drinking water treatment plants, main pipeline, reservoirs, ponds, navigation facilities, treatment plants for wastewater, discharge and monitoring facilities.
The Public Water Management Company "Srbijavode", the Public Water Management Company "Vode Vojvodine" and the Public Water Management Company "Beogradvode", in accordance with the law, are here indicated as responsible for the effective keeping of such national Cadastre.
The Cadastre contains: the register of water bodies, a collection of documents and technical documentation on the water body. The register contains basic data on the water body (name of the water body, name of the water area, registration number of the water object, identification number of the water object, purpose of the water object, function of the water object, position of the water object, legal status of the object, technical documentation of the water object, water acts and other documents on the water body, belonging to the system and connection with other water objects), as well as technical-technological data characteristic for each water object.
The Annex is part of this publication (containing full set of administrative forms as listed in article 6 of this text).
