Regulation on contents and manner of keeping of unified records of issued commodity bills.

This Regulation, as for the purposes established by the Serbian Law on public warehouses for agricultural products, prescribes necessary contents (article 3) and determines the manner of keeping of unified records on issued goods to public warehouses. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management shall be in charge of keeping data on issued commodity records or receipts issued by each public warehouse. Necessary data as indicated in this Regulation shall be delivered or submitted by all public warehouses, every seven days from the day of issuing of certain commodity receipt.
