Regulation on contents of the special water management plan.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed necessary contents of the special water management plan.
As stipulated by the provisions of this Regulation, pursuant to the article 41, paragraph 1 of the Serbian Water Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 30/2010 and 93/2012), the special water management plan must contain the demonstration of significant impacts of human activities on the status of surface and groundwater, including the assessment of pollution from concentrated and bulk pollutants, as well as an overview of land use, assessment of the pressures on the quantitative status of water and its capture from the water management plan, part of which is covered by a specific plan; the digital map of the area covered by such plan (water area, water basin or sub-basin); the analyzes necessary for the preparation of a proposal for works and measures that include: additional water regime analysis, analysis and studies necessary for the drafting of the water management proposal; and deadlines for the implementation of works and measures for which the special plan is being implemented.
