This Regulation sets standards, rules and procedures necessary for the special status that has to be declared in the areas where the environment is at risk or already damaged.
These standards and procedures are used in order to save or repair the interested area from negative effects that can cause damage on the population or ecosystem.
This Regulation contains a full list of all procedures and documents that are used in the system that regulates various levels and situations of the environmental impact in order to set parameters and actions that can prevent or repair further and present damage.
