Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Environmental Protection Law, determines the scientific and professional organizations for the performance of professional work, as well as the method of obtaining and delivering expert opinions in the environmental field. The Ministry in charge of environmental protection affairs forwards electronically the request for obtaining an expert opinion and supporting documentation to the authorized scientific and professional organization that are listed in article 2 of this text. Scientific and professional organizations shall submit their expert opinion to the Ministry electronically. The original written expert opinion is submitted to the official address of the Ministry.
