Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions for the allocation and use of the Green Fund of the Republic of Serbia. Green Fund funds are allocated to users on the basis of a public competition, or without a public competition if in accordance with the law governing environmental protection and with the regulation governing the conditions and manner of distribution of such funds.
This text also defines the necessary contents of public competitions; contents of the request for the allocation of Green Fund funds. Article 6 sets out the provisions related to the necessary periodic reporting over the use of obtained funds.
