Regulation on detailed conditions that must be met by beneficiaries, conditions and manner of distribution of funds, criteria and manner for assessing requests for distribution of funds, manner of monitoring the use of funds and contractual rights and obligations, as well as other issues relevant for allocating and using the funds of the Green Fund of the Republic of Serbia.

This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions and procedural terms as regards the obligations of users of the Green Fund of the Republic of Serbia. This text determines the conditions and manner of distribution of such funds, criteria and manner for assessing the requests for distribution of funds, manner of monitoring over their correct use, among several contractual rights and obligations, as well as other issues relevant for the effective allocation and use of funds deriving from the Green Fund of the Republic of Serbia.
Beneficiaries of the Green Fund funds can be legal and natural persons who through their activities develop and implement projects, programmes and other activities in the field of preservation, sustainable use, protection and improvement of the environment in general. Article 32 sets out the penalty measures.
