Regulation determining the cases in which water permit is required.

This Regulation determines the cases and situations in which water permits are mandatory requested (part of procedures for issuing of water acts).
These rules are set in order to determine and respect the ways, conditions and scope of specific water use, methods, conditions and volume of waste water to be discharged, including the storage and discharge of hazardous and other substances that can pollute water and conditions for other works affecting the water regime (also for industrial and production facilities; discharge into surface water or public sewage).
