Regulation on determining the initial amount of rent according to which water land in public ownership can be leased.

This Regulation sets the initial amount of rent at which water land in public ownership can be leased to a different subject, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
These initial amounts of rent are meant for several types of water lands and water structures and facilities including small hydro-power generation plants, fish ponds, pipes and waterlines, river beds and exploitation sites, irrigation and other, as listed in the Annex.
