Abstract
This Regulation determines definite emission reference values determined for a specific production process, i.e. activity (reference values) and default values for CO2eq emissions in the unit of measurement of tonnes of CO2eq per tonne of carbon-intensive product (default values). The reference values are given in Annex 1 of this text (list of reference values). The gross default values are given in Annex 2 (list of gross default values). The default values for individual carbon-intensive products are determined by subtracting the reference value for the same product from Annex 1 of these Regulations from the gross default value for CO2eq emissions for a specific product. In case the gross default value for a specific product is less than the reference value for the same product, the default value for that product is considered to be zero. Reference, default and gross default values are expressed in tCO2eq per tonne of product.
