Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the general environmental protection conditions that must be met by users who are entitled to the use of IPARD incentives (Instrument for Pre-Accession in Rural Development of the European Union).
The user exercises the right to the payment of IPARD incentives if, in addition to the conditions prescribed by a special regulation, he also meets the conditions prescribed by this this text.
In the field of wastewater protection, the user must treat wastewater in a way that does not affect the quality of the recipient. In the field of air protection, the user must ensure that pollutants are released into the air in accordance with the regulations in the field of air protection and ozone layer protection. In the field of hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, the user as a waste producer or generator must act in accordance with the regulation on waste management. In the field of nature protection, in protected areas and in ecological network areas, the user must implement nature protection measures and carry out his works and activities in accordance with the regulation governing over nature protection.
