Regulation establishing the Animal feed safety monitoring Programme for 2019.

This Regulation defines the terms and contents of the Se Animal feed safety monitoring Programme for the year 2019, which is part of this publication.
This monitoring Programme is aimed for animal feedingstuff that is produced on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The monitoring shall be performed at the stage of production; storage and distribution; selling and exhibiting for sale.
The monitoring programme contains: funds required for financing; measures to be taken in the event of attendance of microbiological, chemical and biological contaminants; structure of the bodies and organizations for the implementation of the provided terms; other parameters relevant to the implementation purposes (see article 5 for detailed contents).
The provisions of this Regulation not apply to animal feed in own household intended for: animals used to produce food for own household needs; animals not used for food production (article 3).
