Regulation establishing the criteria for determining the status of endangered environment and priorities for recovery and remediation.

This Regulation lays down the criteria for determining the status of environmental threats and for targeting endangered environmental priorities that shall be subject to the process of environmental pollution or damage recovery and remediation.
The calculation of the status of environmental threat is done by taking into consideration the following key issues and factors: type of pollution source and concentration in space; degree of pollution, determined on the basis of measurement, testing and evaluation of condition indicators in relation to the prescribed values in accordance with special regulations; the impact of pollution on human health and natural resources.
