Regulation establishing a guarantee scheme as support measure for the economy in order to mitigate the effects of the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic COVID-19.

This Regulation sets the conditions, procedure, amount and manner of securing the funds for issuing guarantees of the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the guarantee scheme also here defined, including the criteria, conditions and method for granting such loans by national banks.
This text also provides for rules for reporting, as well as other issues relevant to the guarantee scheme as an economic support measure to mitigate the economic consequences of the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic caused by the coronavirus pandemic, with the aim of increasing the liquidity of businesses, holdings and agricultural holdings on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Persons who may be beneficiaries of the guarantee covered by the guarantee scheme are determined in article 6; conditions for securing a loan under the guarantee scheme are defined in article 8; supervision provisions are laid down in article 14.
