Regulation establishing the region of provenance of sessile oak Vojvodina - central and eastern Serbia.

This Regulation (for the purpose of article 9 of the national Law on forest reproductive material, which sets rules aimed to provide the starting material for the production of the selected and other reproductive material of known origin of forest trees), establishes the region of provenance of sessile oak (Quercus pertaea Liebl.) in Vojvodina (autonomous province) and central and eastern Serbia. The region of sessile oak provenance in Vojvodina and in central and eastern Serbia is marked with registration number 22. The region of provenance of sessile oak Vojvodina - Central and Eastern Serbia includes areas of forests and forest land on the territory of all administrative districts in the Republic of Serbia, except Zlatibor, Moravica and Raska administrative districts. The region of provenance of sessile oak Vojvodina - central and eastern Serbia is located between 42 ° 14'17 "and 46 ° 11'26" north latitude and 18 ° 50'54 "and 23 ° 00'41" east longitude, on altitudes from 200 to above 1,000 m.
