Regulation establishing the temporary register and the manner of payment of one-time financial assistance to all adult citizens of the Republic of Serbia in order to reduce the negative effects caused by the pandemic of COVID-19 disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

This Regulation determines the formation of the temporary register of adult citizens of the Republic of Serbia, and defines the manner of payment of one-time financial assistance aimed for all adult citizens of the Republic of Serbia, who on the day of entry into force of this text are residing on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. These measure are aimed at granting the financial social assistance or aid in order to reduce the negative effects caused by the pandemic of COVID-19 disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Article 3 ses the starting date for submitting the applications or request for social aid (15 May 2020), and indictaes the administrative deadlines for such submission (5 June 2020).
Article 7 states that the competent national institution (Ministry of Finance), in order to specify the manner of application for receiving one-time financial assistance referred to in article 3 of this Regulation, as well as the manner of payment of funds referred to in article 5 of this Regulation, shall issue a special related rulebook.
