Abstract
This Regulation establishes the Serbian Foundation of the National Conference on Water, in order to ensure the impact of the public in water management on the Republic of Serbia.
National Conference, in accordance with the Law on Waters ("Official Gazette of RS", No. 30/2010), monitors the implementation of the Water Management Strategy in the Republic of Serbia and the water management plan, participation of the public in various debates regarding different aspects and issues of the water management activities, tasks and responsibilities, including the monitoring, concrete implementation of the obtained provisions, water area zonings, educating issues, rationalization tactics, water consumption and water protection needs.
