Abstract
This Regulation, as for the purposes of the Serbian Law on forest reproductive material, here proclaims the established region of Posavina-Danube as for the provenance of the pedunculate oak forest tree varieties (marked with registration number 11). Posavina-Danube region of pedunculate oak provenance includes: 1) forests and forest land on the territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, with a total area of 2,160,455 ha; 2) forests and forest land on the territory of the city of Belgrade - the municipalities of Zemun, Surcin, Palilula, Čukarica and Obrenovac, with a total area of 13,775 ha; 3) forests and forest land in the Danube river basin, in the area of the municipalities of Smederevo, Požarevac and Veliko Gradište, with a total area of 9,710 ha. The Posavina-Danube region of pedunculate oak provenance is located between 43 ° 56'22 "and 46 ° 11'26" north latitude and 18 ° 49'37 "and 21 ° 41'43" east longitude, at altitudes from 70 to 100 m.
