Abstract
This Regulation officially establishes the Serbian national public company (Elektromreza Srbije) for the transmission of the electric power and maintenance and management of the transmission systems/facilities/networks on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The tasks and related activities of this company will be: transmission of electricity and transmission system management; research and development; planning, construction and use of facilities engaged in the transmission of the electric power; engineering and technical analysis; trading with the electric power.
