This Regulation officially establishes the Serbian national public company for the production, distribution and trading with electric power on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The name of this company is Elektroprivreda Srbije, and the main activities will be: production, distribution and trading with electricity; research and development; planning, construction and use of facilities engaged in the production of the electric power; engineering and technical analysis; trading with the electric power including the public and state supply needs.
