Abstract
This Regulation sets the terms of the financial support aimed for farms through facilitated access to the use of credit in difficult economic conditions due to COVID-19 disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Financial support object of this text is directly aimed for: the development of animal husbandry, which covers the procurement of animals and the animal insurance premium prescribed by this Regulation; development of arable farming, fruit growing, viticulture, vegetable growing and floriculture; investment in agricultural machinery and equipment; procurement of animal feed; investment in certain types of machinery and equipment used in crop production; direct necessary financial liquidity.
Persons eligible for credit support are listed in article 3. Special conditions for exercising the right to credit support are laid down in article 4. Maximum loan amount is set in article 5. For obligations of beneficiaries of financial support to agricultural holdings see article 20. Article 21 is regarding the supervision of the implementation, and article 22 sets the related penalties.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the list of amounts of annual premium decided by the Ministry responsible for agriculture).
