Abstract
This Regulation hereby defines the necessary rules and requirements to be implemented and respected (by all food business operators) at all phases/stages of production and processing of food and foodstuff in terms of hygiene requirements (food safety) and general and specific microbiological criteria and scientific risk assessment.
The principles here defined are in accordance with the HACCP standards and shall not apply on issues listed in the article 2 of this text.
The provisions of this Regulation are also aimed to define the food hygiene requirements related to the imports of food and foodstuff on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
