Abstract
This Regulation sets the time and manner of maintenance of the established forestry order, which in particular includes measures for protection of forests from fires, plant diseases and pests, protection of the forest soil from the formation and development of erosion processes due to cutting and/or removal of wood/timber/trees.
Forest rules are set of mandatory forest conditions, that determines the forest and forest land as in need of its ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, renewal and improvement, in accordance with the forest related Laws of the Republic of Serbia).
