Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on organic production, sets out specific rules regarding the form and physical appearance, necessary contents and issuance procedures for official identification cards aimed for inspectors of organic production and engaged in the performance of designated task on the national territory. These identification card shall be provided and issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of the Republic of Serbia.

This Regulation was adopted on the basis of the previous national Law on organic production and organic product (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 62/2006) and still in force under the terms of the Law on organic production (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 30/2010 and 17/2019).
