Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Environmental Protection Law, prescribes rules regarding the official identification badge-form of environmental protection inspectors, and sets related necessary contents and provides indications on stated duties and powers of engaged inspectors (in carrying out inspection supervision, the inspector has the rights, duties and powers prescribed by the Law on State Administration, the Law on Environmental Protection, as well as other laws in the field of environmental protection). Official identification is issued on the badge “Official identification of an environmental protection inspector”, which is provided in the Annex of this text (sample form). Official identification cards that were issued according to the regulations that were valid until the date of entry into force of this publication are valid until they are replaced.
