Regulation on the form of the request of use of budget funds and report on the use of budget funds, and manner and deadlines for their submission.

This Regulation prescribes the manner of submission and provides for necessary forms as regards the programmed use of state or autonomous province budget funds for environmental protection related purposes, and also provides for the form used for reporting on the use of such budget funds. This text further sets out administrative deadlines for their submission.
The form containing the programme for the use of the budget shall be submitted in electronic form to the Information System of the ministry responsible for environmental protection no later than 30 June each year. The report on the use of budget funds shall be submitted in electronic form to the Information System of the Ministry responsible for environmental protection no later than March 31 of the current year for the previous year, or at the request of the ministry responsible for environmental protection.
