Abstract
This Regulation prescribes detailed rules and procedures regarding persons who exercise the right to obtain IPARD (European Union instrument for pre-accession assistance for rural development) incentives for diversification of agricultural holdings and business development, within the IPARD programme for the Republic of Serbia for the period 2014-2020. This text specifies the amount of IPARD incentives, as well as the conditions, manner and procedure of implementation of IPARD programme in terms of incentives and necessary actions. The right to IPARD incentives is exercised by a person registered in the Register of Agricultural Holdings (natural person, holder of a family agricultural farm; entrepreneur; a company that is classified as a micro or small legal entity in accordance with observed national laws).
