Regulation on IPARD incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings within the IPARD III program.

This Regulation specifies the rules regarding the persons who exercise the right to IPARD (the instrument for pre-accession assistance or IPA includes support for IPA rural development programmes which is denominated as IPARD programme) incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings, within the IPARD III program for the Republic of Serbia for the planned period from the year 2021 until the year 2027. This text also determines the amount of IPARD incentives, as well as the conditions, method and procedure of implementing the IPARD III program for IPARD incentives. IPARD focuses specifically on rural areas and agri-food sectors of countries in the process of joining the European Union (EU).
