Abstract
This Regulation here determines the persons who are entitled to IPARD incentives for investments in physical assets related to the processing and marketing of agricultural and fishery products (IPARD incentives), within the IPARD III Programme for the Republic of Serbia for the period 2021–2027, the amount of IPARD incentives, as well as the conditions, manner and procedure for implementing the IPARD III Programme for IPARD incentives. The right to IPARD incentives is exercised by: 1) an entrepreneur; 2) a business company; 3) an agricultural cooperative.
