Abstract
This Regulation prescribes more closely the rules and issues (such as rights and duties when requesting/obtaining incentives, implementation and administrative procedures) as regards the IPARD incentives for investments in physical assets of agricultural holdings (both family/private/small farming; and agricultural holdings/entities/companies/cooperatives), already part of the measures provided by the IPARD Programme for the Republic of Serbia for the period 2014-2020.
