Abstract
This Regulation sets the detailed terms and rules as regards the lease of water lands in public ownership.
The procedure for leasing water lands is divided into seven sections: 1. Decision on initiating the procedure of leasing water land; 2. Commission for conducting the procedure of leasing water land; 3. Public advertising, application for participation in the public bidding procedure and bids for participation in the written bidding procedure; 4. Leasing of water land through public bidding; 5. Leasing of water land by collecting written offers; 6. Decision on the approval of specific leasing of water land; Water land lease agreement or contract.
