Abstract
This Regulation determines the list of activities that may be the cause of pollution and land degradation, and sets out the related procedure, data content, deadlines and other necessary requirements for such type of land monitoring on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The monitoring of land on which activities from the List (Annex 1) are performed should show data on the condition and quality of the land before the beginning, during the performance as well as after the end of the performance of specific activity performed on that land parcel or area.
The Annex is part of this publication (Annex 1: List of activities that can cause pollution and land degradation; Annex 2: Monitoring of the land on which the activities from the list are performed; and Annex 3: Methods and standards for sampling, sample preparation and testing of soil physical and chemical properties).
