Abstract
This Regulation defines the methods of providing information and correct procedures for the mandatory notification in accordance with the obligations undertaken by the Agreement on Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures of the World Trade Organization.
The commitments undertaken by the Agreement on Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures which include the provision of information and the notification procedure concerning sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures applied in food safety, animal health and plant protection are officially implemented as procedures on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
