Regulation on the manner for keeping the Register of companies and legal entities handling dangerous substances.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on disaster risk reduction and emergency situation management, prescribes the preparation and manner for keeping of the Register of companies and other legal entities engaged in handling dangerous substances. This Register is prepared and maintained by competent internal organizational unit of the Ministry of Interior. The register is kept in a single electronic database.
