Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the detailed manner of drafting and sets out the necessary contents of the accident protection plan, here aimed for companies and other legal entities.
The Accident Protection Plan defines the organization of work and elaborates the tasks of company or other legal entity in the implementation of measures designated to prevent accidents and to limit the consequences of such accidents on life and human health, economy, social stability and environment. The obligation to prepare this kind of emergency Plan is entrusted to companies or other legal entities carrying out activities in which one or more dangerous substances are present or may be present in quantities defined as potentially dangerous by related national legislation.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing sample sheet for hazardous substance reporting).
