Regulation on the manner of performing geodetic and technical works and determining the value of land in the land consolidation procedure.

This Regulation sets the instructions on the manner of compiling the statement of land, issues related to the book of the land consolidation fund, and further determines the principles, procedures and detailed rules on land valuation, and on the performance of geodetic, technical works and supervision over such works and land assessment processes.
The value of the land is determined by an orientation and detailed assessment of the land (detailed related provisions in articles 13-22); Chapter IV lists the rules and methods for the performance of geodetic-technical works. Chapter V is setting rules on the execution of professional supervision over geodetic-technical works and land assessment procedures.
