Abstract
This Regulation determines the necessary manner and related conditions for the performance of measurements or sampling tests over the quantity and quality of waste waters, including the rules for the monitoring and report over such verification activities.
The rules here stipulated are closely related to the necessary wastewater monitoring, delivery of obtained information and data, supervisions over the concentration and mass flow of pollutants into wastewaters and purified wastewaters; and other waste water quality and quantity issues.
