Regulation on monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions.

This Regulation prescribes a set of procedural rules and methodologies aimed for monitoring and reporting on effective emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The provisions of this text shall apply to the monitoring and reporting of GHG emissions carried out by plant operators in accordance with the national law that regulates climate change related issues. Monitoring and reporting includes data on GHG emissions that must meet requirements related to the following: 1) completeness of GHG emissions data; 2) consistency, comparability and transparency of data using the monitoring methodology; 3) accuracy of GHG emission calculations and measurements; 4) ensuring the integrity of the methodology and GHG emissions reports.
