Abstract
This Regulation determines and lists the organizational and technical conditions that companies and other legal entities must meet in order to be properly authorized for the preparation of necessary disaster risk assessment and protection and rescue plan (all part of national disaster risk assessment techniques and safety planning indications). Article 2 sets out the list of operational conditions and technical premises that have to fulfilled. The national Minister or the person authorized by him/her shall decide as regards the grant of requested authorization.
