Abstract
This Regulation determines and provides the organizational and technical conditions that companies and other legal entities must meet in order to obtain the necessary authorization for elaboration and development of own accident protection plans, that are mandatory for all legal subjects engaged in activities that represent possible sources of disaster and/or possible high environmental risk situations on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Article 2 of this text sets out the list of operational conditions and technical premises that have to fulfilled. The national Minister the person authorized by him/her shall decide as regards the grant of requested authorization (article 4, paragraph 3).
