Abstract
This Regulation sets the procedure of notification, exchange of data on the establishments where certain quantities of dangerous substances are present (called Seveso plants or Seveso installations) and whose activities may lead to a chemical accident with transboundary effects. These notifications are aimed for bodies of another country responsible for implementing regulations in the field of transboundary effects of industrial accidents. Other laws, generally accepted rules of international law and ratified international agreements regulating the area of transboundary effects of industrial accidents and valid international agreements of the Republic of Serbia with countries that may be affected by the consequences of a chemical accident and countries that may be endangered by chemical accidents apply to issues not regulated by this Regulation.
