Abstract
This Regulation sets out the official state educational and training programme and related manner of passing such professional examination, aimed for persons engaged in the preparation of disaster risk assessment and protection and rescue plans on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
This text further determines the amount of fees for work of the examination committee, the appearance and the way of issuing the license for the preparation of the disaster risk assessment and protection and rescue plan, and also defines detailed educational contents and provides for necessary administrative forms and sheets. For issues on remedial exams and rules on exams that have to be retaken see articles 16 and 17.
For detailed examination programme and related assessment criteria see Annexes 1 and 2. Administrative forms and sheets are also part of the Annex (forms 1, 2, 3 and 4).
