Regulation on the Programme for Water Management in 2016.

This Regulation defines the contents of the National Programme for Water Management (new measure starting 2016, including the updated financial aspects/budgeting), related to: the work on the construction and reconstruction of water facilities for drinking water supply and sanitation-hygiene needs; the work and management for facilities for the preparation of drinking water, trunk pipelines and tanks; the construction and reconstruction of water facilities for the collection, removal and wastewater treatment and water protection; the construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of the regulation and protection facilities, maintenance of water courses, maintenance of water facilities for drainage in public ownership; the construction of water facilities for protection against erosion and flood control, and the prevention and elimination of harmful effects of erosion and floods
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
