Abstract
This Regulation defines the quality and various other requirements (technical, hygiene-sanitary, administrative and packaging and labelling) for animal feed and animal foodstuffs, to be met in production and trade at all stages.
As prescribed by this Regulation, the production specifications must contain the following information: 1) reference number of specifications; 2) the name of the product and its trade name; 3) date of introduction of production specifications; 4) the name and address of the producer; 5) start date, production according to the manufacturer's specification; 6) the date of the review of the composition of the product; 7) used supplements and their name, for example: an antioxidant (BHT); 8) maximum life (date of expiry); 9) methods of conservation.
