Abstract
This Regulation defines the minimum quality requirements (also in terms of processing and handling, transport and storage , and packaging) to be met by eggs and egg products and the minimum requirements for ensuring the preservation of their quality.
The conditions stipulated by this Regulation shall be met in the manufacture and trade of eggs and egg products at all stages.
